Holidays Are Back At Walt Disney World!!

The Most Magical Time of Year is back at Walt Disney World! Disney Parks Blog just announced this week all the special and exciting news for this year. You can find all the scoop and details here.

November 12th starts all the Holiday Festivities to the Parks, Resorts and Disney Spring!


At Magic Kingdom the beautiful decorations on Main Street USA and special Holiday projections will light up Cinderella Castle. AND this year a special Event, "Disney Very Merriest After Hours" will debut on 11/8, right before the festivities officially start . This special After Hours Event will run through 12/21 on select nights. The Very Merriest Event will last four hours after the regular park hours end. We do not know ALL the details yet, but we do know "Minnie's Wonderful Christmastime Fireworks" will be part of the night! Which is amazing news!

Other festivities you can expect are holiday music, Disney characters, treats, 20 select attractions and more!

This is a limited number event. Tickets are not yet on sale. We should get more details soon as to when the tickets will available. Guests of select Walt Disney World Resort hotels will get early purchase window.





At Disney's Hollywood Studios, Sunset Seasons Greetings projections will return to the "Holiday" Tower Hotel on Sunset Boulevard.

The scenes will transition into Frozen's Arendelle, Toy Story Hotel, "Mickey's Christmas Carol" and the Muppets Gingerbread house.

The 50th Celebration of the Beacon of Magic will also alternate into the show nightly.







Down Hollywood Boulevard, Santa Claus will be back in his cool Motorcade. Plus the must not miss “For the First Time in Forever: A Frozen Sing-Along Celebration,” will feature some Holiday cheer.

At Hollywood & Vine Restaurant, Minnie and her friends will be dressed in the Holiday Best and that includes Santa Goofy!




Disney's Animal Kingdom will sparkle with holiday inspired nature scenes on the iconic Tree of Life most nights. Mickey and his friends will also be all joyful in their festive attire floating along the Discovery River throughout the parks. Be sure to find a bridge or spot along the rive banks when you hear the songs of the season coming.




The EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays returns this year, from November 26th - December 30th. The festival will feature Holiday Kitchens around the World, beautiful performances by Voices of Liberty and the Cookie Stroll!


The Disney Resorts will be all decked out with seasonal food offerings, Christmas Trees, Holiday Decorations AND the Favorite Gingerbread Displays will return! If you haven't seen the amazing Grand Floridian lobby during Christmas you are missing out! It is my favorite!


Disney Springs will not be skipping out on all the season's cheer. The Disney Springs Christmas Tree Stroll, a magical snowfall, sparkling lights and other holiday surprises will be returning this year. Not to mention all the amazing dining, shopping and entertainment that the Springs offer each and every day.
